What should I do if bubbles appear on the vinyl before cutting?

Never cut bubble-filled vinyl.

Fix:

  • Use a squeegee and press from the center outward
  • Flatten completely before loading into the cutter

Cutting over bubbles leads to uneven edges and inaccurate cuts.
