What if blade depth is too low?

If blade depth is insufficient:

  • Vinyl won’t separate fully
  • Designs tear during weeding
  • Edges look incomplete or broken

Fix:
Increase blade depth gradually until the vinyl cuts cleanly without slicing the liner.
