Why are tiny cracks forming on curves?

Cracking occurs when vinyl is:

  • Applied cold
  • Over-stretched beyond its flexibility

Fix:

  • Apply moderate heat
  • Shape slowly
  • Use high-quality cast vinyl
    Once cracked, replacement is required.
