Since we sell digital downloadable products, returns/refunds are not applicable. However, we guarantee that the quality and appearance of the product match its description. If you encounter any errors or do not receive the download link after purchase, we will resolve the issue promptly and provide you with the product file as stated. In case of any refunds, the transaction fee (3-5%) will be borne by the customer.
